• Project details you share in enquiries.
• Technical data (IP address, browser, device) via privacy-friendly analytics.
• Communication history when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.

3. Why we process it (legal bases)

• Performance of a contract — to scope, deliver and support engagements.
• Legitimate interests — to answer enquiries, improve the site and prevent abuse.
• Legal obligation — to keep invoicing and tax records.
• Consent — for non-essential analytics cookies and any marketing.

4. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary: enquiry data up to 24 months after last contact; invoicing records for the legally required period (typically 7 years). You can request earlier deletion where no legal duty requires retention.

5. Sharing with processors

We share data only as needed to operate, with processors under appropriate agreements, including:

• Vercel — hosting & delivery
• Resend — transactional email / lead delivery
• Cal.com — scheduling
• OpenAI — AI assistant features (where enabled)
• Our accountant for invoicing

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
