After launch is when it starts.
A website, integration or application needs maintenance: updates, security, backups, and small changes as your business changes. We keep everything running, watch what we built and improve something every month. You have one point of contact on WhatsApp.
Nobody looks at it
The site from three years ago with old hours, a broken form and an expired certificate.
Small changes take weeks
A new price, an extra page, a different photo: it sits there because nobody knows how.
You hear about an outage from a customer
A connection that stopped, a form that no longer arrives. Days later.
- Anyone with a site, integration or application we built
- Businesses with an existing site from another agency that nobody maintains
- Teams that would rather call than tinker
- 1
Updates and security
Software updated every month, certificates renewed, vulnerabilities checked.
- 2
Monitoring
Is the site reachable, do forms arrive, are connections running? We measure it and get the alert before you do.
- 3
Hours for changes
A fixed number of hours every month for copy, photos, pages or new flows. Unused hours roll over within the quarter.
- 4
A quarterly review
What did the site bring in, what can be better, what changed in your business. Half an hour, with numbers.
Example: an ordinary month of maintenance
What happens without you asking:
- 1Week 1: platform updates and a check of the security headers.
- 2Week 2: two copy changes and a new menu, sent over WhatsApp.
- 3Week 3: the calendar connection dropped for ten minutes; restored before anyone noticed.
- 4Week 4: monthly report with visitors, enquiries and load time, plus one suggestion for improvement.
- Monthly updates and security check
- Monitoring of uptime, forms and connections
- A fixed number of hours per month for changes
- A monthly report in plain language
- A quarterly review
- Documentation that stays current
For websites, social media and ads we use fixed package prices. See the pricing
- Hosting and subscriptions of external services stay in your name and on your bill.
- For sites by others we first do a check; sometimes clean-up is needed before we can promise maintenance.
- Monitoring is active only once we have set it up; we promise nothing retroactively.
- Large new features fall outside the hours and are agreed separately.
Six steps, as light or extensive as needed.
- 1
Discover
A conversation about your business: what goes well, what costs time, which programs you use.
- 2
Map the problem
We draw how it runs today and where it stalls. You recognise it or correct us.
- 3
Design the solution
Screens on paper, a process map or a free demo. You see it before we build.
- 4
Build and connect
In short rounds, with your real data. You approve every step.
- 5
Test with real cases
Especially the exceptions: a cancellation, a duplicate name, an empty photo.
- 6
Launch and keep improving
We switch it on, explain it and keep watching. A little better every month.
For a website you pay only after the demo. For automation and custom work we make a fixed proposal after step 2.
What does maintenance cost?
With our website packages it is included or optional from €49 a month. For applications and integrations it depends on the scope; we agree a fixed amount.
Can I change things myself too?
Yes. We explain how, and if you would rather not tinker, you send a WhatsApp.
Do you maintain a site someone else built?
After a check, yes. We say up front what needs to happen first.

- Business process automationEnquiries, quotes, appointments and admin that find their own way to the right place.
Is something running that nobody maintains?
