Less manual work, nothing left behind.
Every business has work that comes back every day: retyping an enquiry, chasing a quote, confirming an appointment, forwarding an invoice. We build the steps in between so they happen automatically, and you only see what needs your attention.
Enquiries sit unanswered
A message arrives through the form, WhatsApp or email and nobody replies the same day. The customer moves on.
Typing things twice
The same details live in your inbox, a spreadsheet and your accounting, and are not quite right anywhere.
Nobody knows the status
Has that quote been followed up? Is that customer confirmed? The answer is in someone's head.
- Businesses receiving enquiries through several channels
- Teams taking the same administrative steps every week
- Owners who no longer want to forget a follow-up
- 1
We map the process
A one-hour conversation. We write down what happens today, from first contact to invoice, and where it stalls.
- 2
We choose the simplest tool
Often a connection via Make or n8n between the tools you already have is enough. Only when that fails do we build something ourselves.
- 3
We build and test with real examples
With your own enquiries and documents, not invented data. You approve every step.
- 4
We switch it on and keep watching
Every flow logs what it does. If something fails you get a notification, not silence.
From enquiry to customer
An enquiry comes in, is checked, sorted and followed up. See which steps run automatically and where a person looks.
Through the form on the site. Name, business, what they want, photos.
Example: a quote request for a renovation company
This is how an enquiry runs when the steps happen automatically:
- 1The customer fills in the form with photos of the job.
- 2The enquiry is checked for missing details and labelled: painting, facade, roof.
- 3The right colleague receives a WhatsApp notification with the summary.
- 4A customer record and a task 'prepare quote' with a two-day deadline are created.
- 5The customer immediately receives a confirmation with what to expect.
- 6If the quote is unanswered after five days, a reminder goes out.
- A process map of how it runs today and how it will run
- The flows built in your own accounts
- Notifications on errors or missing data
- A short manual and a one-hour handover
- One month of aftercare to fine-tune
For websites, social media and ads we use fixed package prices. See the pricing
- The tools you use must allow a connection (most do; we check up front).
- An automation platform such as Make or n8n has its own subscription, usually €10 to €30 a month.
- Access to your accounts goes through your own logins; we store no passwords.
- Automation does not tidy a messy process; that is why we start with the process map.
- Some steps should stay with a person, such as setting a price or answering a complaint. We build those as checkpoints, not automatons.
Six steps, as light or extensive as needed.
- 1
Discover
A conversation about your business: what goes well, what costs time, which programs you use.
- 2
Map the problem
We draw how it runs today and where it stalls. You recognise it or correct us.
- 3
Design the solution
Screens on paper, a process map or a free demo. You see it before we build.
- 4
Build and connect
In short rounds, with your real data. You approve every step.
- 5
Test with real cases
Especially the exceptions: a cancellation, a duplicate name, an empty photo.
- 6
Launch and keep improving
We switch it on, explain it and keep watching. A little better every month.
For a website you pay only after the demo. For automation and custom work we make a fixed proposal after step 2.
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. We connect what you already use. Only an automation platform is added, at a few tens of euros a month.
What if something goes wrong?
Every flow checks itself and sends a notification when something is missing or fails. Nothing disappears quietly.
How long does it take?
A first flow, for example enquiry to follow-up, is usually live within two weeks. Larger projects are planned in stages.
- Integrations and connected systemsWebsite, calendar, email, accounting and customer list sharing the same data.
- Custom software and portalsClient portals, schedules, request systems and dashboards instead of scattered spreadsheets.
- Reporting and dashboardsOne screen with your enquiries, revenue, open tasks and what needs attention this week.
Which step costs you time every week?
Tell us what is done by hand today. We will say honestly whether it can be automated, and what that takes.
