A system built around how you work.
A website shows who you are. A business application lets your team work: schedule jobs, follow up requests, keep documents, see stock. We only build such systems when no existing product does it better, and then exactly the way your business runs.
Spreadsheets bursting at the seams
The schedule, the customer list and the invoices live in three files nobody dares to touch.
Everyone calls everyone
Who does which job, what is the status, where are the photos? Coordination happens by phone.
Customers keep asking the same thing
Where is my order, my quote, my document? A portal answers that without you calling.
- Companies with more than a handful of jobs or files running at once
- Field teams that need information on the road
- Businesses that want customers or suppliers to look up or submit things themselves
- 1
First question: does this need to be custom?
We honestly check whether an existing product is enough. If so, we set that up. If not, we build.
- 2
Screens on paper before code
You see every screen as a drawing and click through it before we build a single line. That prevents expensive surprises.
- 3
Building in short rounds
Every two weeks there is something new you can try with real data.
- 4
Logins, permissions, backups
Who may see what, how people log in, where the data lives and how often it is backed up. Fixed before launch.
Job board for crews
Schedule jobs, assign crews, track status and keep the customer informed automatically.

Example: job board for a cleaning and renovation company
A simple system that replaces the phone calls:
- 1Every enquiry becomes a job with address, type of work and preferred date.
- 2The planner drags the job onto a crew and a day.
- 3The crew sees on their phone what is on today and where.
- 4On site they add photos and notes.
- 5On 'done' the customer automatically gets a message with the result.
- 6The owner sees on one screen what is open, in progress and finished.
- Screen designs you approve up front
- The application, hosted under your own account
- Logins with roles and permissions
- Daily backups and a recovery procedure
- Documentation and training for your team
- The source code is yours
For websites, social media and ads we use fixed package prices. See the pricing
- Hosting and database usually cost €20 to €60 a month, paid directly to the provider.
- A good system needs someone in your business who co-designs and tests it; count on a few hours a week during the build.
- Connections to your accounting or calendar depend on what those tools allow.
- Custom work is the most expensive option. If an existing product solves ninety percent, we recommend that.
- A system is never finished; plan maintenance even when nothing is broken.
Six steps, as light or extensive as needed.
- 1
Discover
A conversation about your business: what goes well, what costs time, which programs you use.
- 2
Map the problem
We draw how it runs today and where it stalls. You recognise it or correct us.
- 3
Design the solution
Screens on paper, a process map or a free demo. You see it before we build.
- 4
Build and connect
In short rounds, with your real data. You approve every step.
- 5
Test with real cases
Especially the exceptions: a cancellation, a duplicate name, an empty photo.
- 6
Launch and keep improving
We switch it on, explain it and keep watching. A little better every month.
For a website you pay only after the demo. For automation and custom work we make a fixed proposal after step 2.
What is the difference with a website?
A website is for visitors and rarely changes. An application is for your team and customers, with logins, data that changes daily and rules about who may do what.
Who owns the software?
You do. Source code, data and accounts are in your name. If you stop working with us, you take everything with you.
What about security?
Strong passwords or two-step login, permissions per role, encrypted connections, daily backups and updates. We agree on that before we build.
- Business process automationEnquiries, quotes, appointments and admin that find their own way to the right place.
- Integrations and connected systemsWebsite, calendar, email, accounting and customer list sharing the same data.
- Reporting and dashboardsOne screen with your enquiries, revenue, open tasks and what needs attention this week.
Which spreadsheet do you want to get rid of?
Describe how your team works today. We draw the screens before you decide anything.
